Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

3.Non-Cancellable Items
Due to the nature of homeopathic, ayurvedic and health care products, orders cannot be cancelled if:
The order has already been shipped
The product is opened or used
The product is a special/custom order
4.Refund on Cancelled Orders
If the cancellation request is approved before shipping, the full amount will be refunded.
Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
